How Virtual Coaching works
I use an app called Trainerize. Through the app, I am able to make customized programs depending on what your training goals are. Each week you will see progressions in your program through reps, sets, recovery time, or tempo.
With the app, you will be able to clearly see videos as well as descriptions of the exercises you will perform. I will be able to track your progress and congratulate you when you hit your personal bests or milestone achievements. Your customized workout will be designed specifically for you to help you achieve what your goals are.
Through the app, we will be able to communicate through a two way messaging system, upload progress photos, as well as connect smart watches and food logging apps to further track progress and hold accountability.
