About Me

Welcome! My name is Lara Winter and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with a Masters of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. I have a passion for helping people develop strength, becoming more confident, and owning their independence through a healthy body. It energizes me to help you feel better through physical, nutritional, and immunity health so you can enjoy your best life!

My Story

I was a competitor in college and always incorporated fitness into my everyday life. However,my passion grew by helping people find their inner athlete at any stage of their life and eliminate the need to live with unnecessary pain. A lot of our nagging injuries can be alleviated through full range of motion mobility work, strength training, and creating better eating/hydration habits.

Through my years of working in the fitness industry, I became more aware that it is overwhelming and saturated with a lot of intimidation, quick fixes, and do this/not that’s. It is important to me to break down those barriers, simplify, and champion each of my clients to succeed in developing lifestyle changes, better habits, and making fitness part of their daily routine. Hard work and dedication has a short line but always perseveres.

I believe that training should be fun, pain free, and empowering. I simplify fitness for busy people by helping you strengthen your body and mind through habit stacking, custom exercise selection, and flexible online coaching that can fit into your hectic schedule.

Our bodies are meant to move and we need to honor them to have the most fulfillment out of life. We train to have more energy daily. By working with me, I hope you start to recognize the small wins in everyday life through training. They could be having more stamina to complete a hike with your partner, being able to hit a golf ball farther, or finishing your work day without backpain. These are the victories that encourage us to keep going.
