Virtual Coaching Package 1
$175/month
A customized program specifically made for you based on your goals, fitness level, and equipment. Whether exercising at home, in a gym, or needing to take your workout on the road due to travel obligations, your program will be tailored for all of your needs.
Your program will be created for the duration of 4 weeks. Each week will be progressed so you continue to challenge yourself and your fitness potential.
4 workouts will be included per week. 1 workout being mobility work.
Progressions will be available for viewing through the app. There will be weekly manipulations for reps, sets, recovery time, or tempo.
Progress photos and fitness tracking apps can all be synced for extra data and accountability. You will also be able to send videos if you are unsure about your form. I will watch the videos and make any adjustments or coaching cues to help you.
Each week you will choose a new habit (that will show up on your app platform). This is a journey and habit stacking will be a crucial part of creating new change in your life. Therefore, it is important that you choose what your new habit will be. Examples: hit your daily recommendation of hydration, no technology 30 minutes before bed to better aid sleep, adding an additional serving of vegetables daily. I will help you with creating your habit and assign it for accountability on the app.
A written check in will be completed on Sundays. I will have a template for you to fill out. This will better help me understand where you are in your journey, answer any questions you may have, and provide support where needed.
Weekly communication: I will respond to check in forms on Mondays and will answer any questions that may have risen from the weekend. You are welcome to reach out with questions, concerns, and general concerns throughout the week. I will be happy to respond back to all communication on Mondays and Fridays.

For those needing a little more accountability, this option will include everything listed above with the addition of a 30-minute monthly accountability call via FaceTime, Zoom, or Skype.
This option will help us to better connect and we can dive into a more personal bond to keep you on the right track.
